The role of the Stakeholders’ Advisory Group on Aviation Security is to advise the Commission in the preparation of legislative proposals and policy initiatives as well as in relation to the implementation of existing legislation. The Group shall be kept informed by the Regulatory Committee on Aviation Security during the entire regulatory process. The Group meets back to back with the Committee approximately six times a year and is open to European representative organisations engaged in, or directly effected by, aviation security.
